Regarding Private Property Towing:

Extreme Towing is fully licensed and permitted by the city of San Jose. We work with many property management firms, homeowner associations, shopping malls, industrial complexes and apartment complexes.

We will meet with you to review your property needs, we will also review city contracts with you and answer any questions in city private property laws. Once we receive your completed application and check for the city permit, we will come out and install city approved towing signs in all appropriate locations on your property. We will then forward to the city. The city will inspect the property within 3 weeks and return approved tow permit. We will also make sure your red zones and handicap spaces are all properly marked and up to code. Towing can begin upon receipts of approved permit.

If your property wants to have permits assigned to each vehicle; we can supply the permits at your cost. We deal with a permit company with many different styles of permits, everything from simple stickers, all the way to holographic. We will sit with you to find out what your parking needs are. We will help you find the right parking solution for your needs. We can help facilitate your needs and provide you with a complete solution and resolve any parking issues in your property.

All other’s Cities:No permit/applications fee is required; Towing services can begin 96 hours after signs are posted

Private property is a specialty towing service that Extreme Towing provides. Signs must be at each entrance in plain view; we have the signs available if needed. Please refer to the vehicle code link below regarding towing off private property.

While away on business trip, I received a frantic call from my wife that her car would not start and she had no idea what to do. I went on Google and found Extreme Towing which is also in San Jose. I asked if you guys could help get to my wife's car and take care of the problem. We had a driver there in No time and turns out her car had major problems so it needed a tow to a mechanic, she was very impressed with how clean the truck was, thought the driver was very courteous. I can't thank you guys enough for coming through when we needed you. I hope this doesn't happen again soon but if it does I will definitely use Extreme Towing again.
